a) two resistor connect in series are r3 a nd r4

akritiv05: are u sure?
akritiv05: they're in parallel i think
sachinbaghel91: no because one wire is use to join this

Hey ...

15.a) Resistor 1 and resistor 2 are connected in series.

b) Resistor 2 and resistor 3 are connected in parallel.

c) 1.5 A

akritiv05: i just checked the answer... it's 1 A actually
guptarachit298: There might be a calculation mistake, but the process is correct.
akritiv05: so u took 1,2,4 and 5 in series, which is in parallel with 3,right?
guptarachit298: Ya, absolutely
guptarachit298: You know right ? When resistors are in series their resistance is directly added and when in parallel they are inversely added … so I did the same
akritiv05: ohk.... it's wrong tho, i just found the solution and it says 1, 2 and 3 are in parallel, n i got no idea how
akritiv05: yeah, i do
guptarachit298: They are in parallel … resistors 1.2 and 3 are in parallel but the question asked any two … so they can be any two
akritiv05: okk, thanks
guptarachit298: Yup …
