let the digit at ones place be x and tens place be y
number=10y+x
number we get on reversing the digits=10x+y
according to the 1st condition
x+y=7--------------------------------------------------(1)
according to 2nd condition,
10x+y-9=10y+x
=>9x-9y=9
=>x-y=1-----------------------------------------------(2)
add equation 1 and 2 we get
2x=8
x=4
put x=4 in equation 1,we get
y=3
therefore number =43
