water of crystaliation are the fixed no. of water molecules attached to a salt thus providing it a crystal form . when copper sulphate is heated it will loose its water of cryatalisation and It's blue color will dissapear.

Water of crystalization is the water which is released when crystals of a substance is heated.
When copper sulphate crystals are heated in a test tube, the blue crystals turn white and water vapour is released.
When water is added back to the test tube, the white powder again transforms into blue crystals
