Number will be 10x+y

ATQ:

10x+y= 6y
10x=5y                                            -1

Also, given that x+y=9
x=9-y                                  -2

Putting in 1
10(9-y)=5y
90-10y=5y
90=15y
y=6
putting in 2
x=9-y
x=9-6
x=3

Put x at tens place and y at ones place= 10x+y= 10*3+6= 30+6= 36
