s=180m

a = 10m {s}^{2}

Using second equation of motion

s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}

180 = 0 +  \frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times  {t}^{2}

180 = 5 \times  {t}^{2}

 \frac{180}{5}  =  {t}^{2}

36 =  {t}^{2}

t = 6sec

Using first equation of motion

v = u + at

v = 0 + 10 \times 6

v = 60m {s}^{ - 1}

Time taken is 6seconds and initial velocity is 0m/s and final velocity is 60m/s.
