Length of Tree = Length of diagonal of Rectangle
Length of diagonal of Rectangle = under root 24 square + 10 square
                                                    = under root 676
                                                     = 26 m

where are the children depicted and what is their value is not clear in the question

HOPE IT HELPS :):):):)
