Hello Mate!

Diameter = 2 × radius

14 cm = 2 × radius

7 cm = radius

Volume of hemisphere = ⅔ πr³

Volume of hemisphere = ⅔ × 22/7 × 7³

= ⅔ × 22 × 7² cm³

= 359.3 cm³

Height if cylinder = 13 cm - 7 cm = 6 cm

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

= 22/7 × 7² × 6 cm³

= 22 × 7 × 6 cm³

= 924 cm³

Total volume of solid = ( 359.3 + 924 ) cm³

= 1283.3 cm³

Hence capacity of solid is 1283.3 cm³.

Have great future ahead!
