1st case:-

when 27 is (+)ve & 3 is (+)ve :-

$27 - \frac{3}{2} + 3$

$= \frac{54 - 3 + 3}{2}$

$= \frac{54}{2}$

$= 27$

2nd case when 27 is (-)ve and 3 is (-)ve:-

$- 27 - \frac{3}{2} - 3$

$= \frac{ - 54 - 3 - 3}{2}$

$= \frac{ - 60}{2}$

$= - 30$

In the 3rd and 4th case you can do by inter changeing the signs of 3 & 27.
