It means we have to find the number which lies between them
so for that we should do
1/2(11/3+3/11)
1/2(121/33+9/33)
1/2(130/33)
ans=65/33

(3/11 +11/3)÷2
=(9/33+121/33)÷2
=(130/33)÷2
=130/66
=65/33
in this type of questions you have to find out average of two numbers
