we have resistance in parallel-->30 and 20+20+10=50
so total in parallel=150/8
now we have in series--> 10+10+150/8=310/8
the answer would be 310/8 ohm=38.75ohm

20 + 20 + 10 are in series so total is 50 ohm..now 50 and 30 are in parralel.. so 1/30+1/50 is 18.75 ohm.. now 10 and 18.75 and 10 are in series .. so total is 38.75 ohm
