(B) A Minister or a member other than a Minister Is required to table the bill
(C)Bill is put to vote in the fiirst house after the third reading
(D) If the First house rejects any of the recommendations of the Second house, the Money Bill is deemed to have been passed by both Houses with the amendments recommended by the Second house and accepted by the Lok First house .
(E) Options do the two houses if the president returns the bill suggesting some changes is that Bill can be again passed by the Houses, with or without amendment after that President, he shall not withhold assent there from
