One day, he became greedy and thought that he must become the richest one of all and he decided to cut open the goose and to sell all golden eggs from it at once. So, he cut the goose with a sharp knife and found that it had no eggs in it. Only then, he realised that he had made a mistake and he got to know that he would never get any golden eggs again.
