a) Responsibility means you do the things you are supposed to do and accept the results of your actions. A responsibility: something you are expected to do. Being responsible: doing the things you are supposed to do. Accepting responsibility: taking the praise or the blame for something you have done.

b) If there is no abuse, as a minor child you ought to respect your parents, obey their rules, help out as you can with chores, be lawful, find things that interest you and work to do well on them (which will make your parents happy and proud.) Do well in school. Let your parents be a part of your life.

c) Being a good and responsible citizen of the country, one must engage in activities or assist in tackling issues such as keeping the environment clean, raising money for charities, conserving electricity, water, and natural resources, or protecting public properties, etc.
