How to solve?

This is a very interesting question to solve. We will multiply the numbers which are opposite to each other on the four sides i.e., with 1 - 3 and with 2 - 4 and then subtract both of their results to get the number present at the middle.

Let's solve it:

Consider first figure,

Multiply the numbers present opposite to each other.

➳ 2 × 9 = 18

➳ 3 × 5 = 15

Now substract the result of these numbers

➵ 18 - 15 = 3

3 is the number present at the middle.

Consider second figure,

Multiply the numbers present opposite to each other.

➳ 9 × 5 = 45

➳ 13 × 3 = 39

Now, again substract the result of these numbers

➵ 45 - 39 = 6

6 is the number present at the middle.

Consider third and final figure,

Multiply the numbers present opposite to each other.

➳ 7 × 8 = 56

➳ 6 × 5 = 30

Now substract the result of these numbers

➵ 56 - 30 = 26

∴ 26 is the number present at the middle.

Thus, the number which replaces the quéstion mark ( ? ) = 26
