Given : y  ≤   -15x  + 3000

y   ≤   5x

Any point in solution set ( a , b)

To Find :   Maximum value of b

Solution:

y  ≤   -15x  + 3000

y   ≤   5x

 5x  =   -15x  + 3000

=> 20x  = 3000

=> x = 150

y = 5 * 150  = 750

or   y = -15(150) + 3000  = 750

Hence ( 150 , 750)

a = 150  , b = 750

Maximum value of b = 750
