I am writing my common views for each question

1. the minority is of the female teachers.

It is important that we take respect of their view as they might not be comfortable in some aspects as compared to their male counterparts like in field duty etc.

2. the minority is of the Buddhists I suppose.

it is important to take their views as they have their own practices and rituals which may get hampered or may hamper some other persons believes if not conserved.

3.the minority is of the people who eat non vegetarian food.

it's important to know their views as they might not be comfortable in having vegetarian food every day or certain dishes.

4.the minority is of the ones belonging from the less well off section of the society.

it is important to take thier views as they might deal with problems like discrimination or depression due to their weak financial status.
