Step-by-step explanation:
(1.) 3/5 : 2/3 : 1/4
Let the ratio be x
=> 3x/5 + 2x/3 + x/4 = 182
= (36x + 40x + 15x)/60 = 182
= 91x/60 = 182
= 91x = 182 × 60
= 91x = 10920
= x = 10920/91
= x = 120g
A => 3x/5 = (3×120)/5 = 72g
B => 2x/3 = (2×120)/5 = 48g
C => x/4 = 120/4 = 30g
(2.) 9 : 14

S:T = 3:4
T:U =6:7
We need to make the ratios of T equal in both
So multiplying 1 with 6
And 2 with 4 we get the ratios
S:T:U
18:24:28
We require the ratio S:U
18:28
=9:14
T:U =6:7
