Explanation:

1) this because PH value 7 is considered to be neutral also the the sol having PH value less than seven is considered to be acidic

so sol P &Q are acidic and among them PH of Q is more close to be neutral so it is weak acid.

2) in case of base the PH is considered to be more than 7 and so the sol R is basic and as it has a PH of 12.2 so it is strong alkali.
