its very simple... Equal quantities of all colours when put Together gives u 'white' right ..so when the white light passes through the glass prism..then it enters and gets refracted in first place..then get dispersed producing different coloured rays that are deviated through different angles ..Red will be the least deviated and voilet the Most. It looks..like this...(sorry for that bad diagram)
