hello... ☺..
1(a) bacteria need heat / warmth to turn the milk to curd...
so as we know.. in summer temp is high..
a favourable condition for the growth of bacteria.....
(b) in summer since its the best time for setting curd Lactobacillus ( bacteria)
..It multiplies very fast and produces more lactic acid which coagulates milk proteins and thus converts milk into curd.....
2 toilet contains a lot many of infinite germs....
and if u don't wash ur hand a eat..
ur obvious to get up with some diseases...
the germs usually are infinitesimally....
( very small.. not way to measure them...)
thank you..... ☺

Curd is formed due to a bacteria which works faster when heated or obtained heat. That is why it forms faster in summer than in winter.
I am not sure sure about the rest . But hope this one is at least a little help.....
