By cross multiplication,

{2(x-1)+5(x-2)}/10 = (x+3) /3

(2x-2+5x-10) /10 = (x+3) /3

(7x-12)/10 = (x+3) /3

3(7x-12) = 10(x+3)

21x-36 = 10x+30

31x=66

x=66/31
