Answer:

perimeter of circle = 2πr

we have to find the quarter

so,

2πr/4

= πr/2

taking π = 3.14

by putting values

(3.14×1)/2

= 1.57 mm

we have to find the perimeter of whole figure so we have to consider radius on both sides too.

therefore,

total perimeter°

1.57+1+1

= 3.57 mm (answer)

\huge\underline\mathrm{Question:-}

  • To find quarter circle's perimeter.

\huge\underline\mathrm{Given:-}

  • radius of quarter circle is 1mm.

\huge\underline\mathrm{Solution:-}

Perimeter of circle will change according to quarter circle. So, It will become -

 \frac{\pi \times r}{2}

Placing values according to conditions.

 \frac{3.14 \times 1}{2}

1.57mm

Total perimeter will consider both sides radius. It will become -

total \: perimeter = 1.57 + 1 + 1

3.57mm

\huge\underline\mathrm{Answer:-}

  • Total Perimeter is 3.57mm
