4. Ascorbic Acid: It is vitamin C. It repair tissues, heal wounds and maintains the strength of bones and teeth.

5. Tartaric Acid: It is present in plants like grapes, apricots, apples and tamarinds.

6. Formic Acid: It is present in apples, strawberries, etc. It is used as preservative against many microorganisms

7. Acetic Acid: It is present in vinegar. It is sour in taste.

8. Succinic Acid: It is used in food and beverage industry. It is used to control acidity.

9. Butyric Acid: It is found in milk. It is a god source of energy.

10. Acetylsalicylic Acid: It is present in pulses, bananas, fishes, eggs, etc. They are a good source of protein.
