Heya... I think this can be ur answer dear!!

CosA=2/5
Sec A=5/2

Now,
4+4tan2 =4(1+tan2) = 4*sec2A
=4(5/2)2
=4*25/4 =25

Hope it helps you dear ☺️☺️and all the best for exams

Given Cot A = 2/5.

We know that secA =  \frac{1}{cosA}

                                  =  \frac{1}{ \frac{2}{5} }

                                  = \frac{5}{2}

We know that tan^2A + 1 = sec^2A.

It can be written as tan^2A = sec^2A - 1

                                 tan^2A = ( \frac{5}{2} )^2 - 1

                                 tan^2A =  \frac{25}{4} - 1

                                 tan^2A =  \frac{25 - 4}{4}

                                 tan^2A =  \frac{21}{4}

Given:

4 + 4 tan^2A = 4 + 4( \frac{21}{4})

                       = 4 + 21

                       = 25

Hope this helps!
