                 dear sir/madam,
i am a resident of banglore. previously we used to face a lots of drinking water problems.but as the time flew the government took care of it . it took many years for achieving it but at last it was successful.i really appreciate the innovativeness of the government regarding this.there is a policy behind it. it is that if we have to pay rs:1 we can fetch 10 litres of water. this is known as WATER ATM.
                     regarding this i wish the government will provide this comfort to each and every state in India.i request you to do this kindly.
