Mass of Boron = 0.069 g ( given )

Mass of oxygen = 0.144 g ( given)

Total mass of sample = 0.24 g

percentage of boron = 0.069 / 0.24 * 100 = 40 %

percentage of oxygen = 0.144 / 0.24 * 100 = 60%
