in Amoeba at first the nucleus starts to divide after weights the cytoplasm starts to divide and after some time to different cells are formed while in Yeast at first a small out growth is seen to have grown out of the cell membrane(called as bud) after which nucleus is developed inside the bud which may either after growth separate out or former chain of bud in which each bud develop into a new organism
