Congo is rich in minerals but in Congo there are not enough human resources who can use this minerals for earning money.Ex - USA is not much rich in minerals but human resources present there can use the. minerals available to earn large amount of money, And also Colonialism, slavery and corruption have turned it into one of the poorest country according to historian Dan Snow and other reason is World War II because of which they are suffering till now.
