side of equilateral triangle = 12cm

perimeter of equi. triangle

= 3 × side = 3 × 12 = 36cm

diagonal of square = 2√2cm

√2 × side = 2√2cm

side = 2cm

perimeter of square

= 4 × side = 4 × 2 = 8cm

Given that ,

circumference of circle

= perimeter of equi.triangle + perimeter of square

2πr = 36 + 8 = 44

2πr = 44

r = 44 × 7/ 2 × 22

r = 7cm

radius of circle = 7cm

area of circle = πr^2 = 22 × (7)^2/ 7

= 154cm^2

Answer: area of circle = 154cm^2
