here is ur answer buddy....
there are two rectangles involved
let L and B be the measurements of larger rectangle and l and b be that of the smaller
L=10m
B=7.5m
l=10-2.5=7.5m
b=7.5-2.5=5
area required=L×B-l×b
=>10×7.5+7.5×5=75+37.5
=>112.5m²
for 1m²=Rs 250
for 112.5m²=250×112.5
=>Rs 28,125/-
