● Give the school's name in which you study or according to your convenience
● Both the format are followed. Choose your comfortable one
● The date should be minimum after 15 days from today. Like here today it is 4th June but I have given 22nd June, so it depends on you the date you would give. The date should be minimum after 15 days from today and maximum two months .
● In the first format please write that from the middle. In the picture it is clearly shown , hoe to write the first format.
● Please follow the marks distribution from the picture given.
