Do you know how does a man becomes a fool, he becomes a fool when he do a mistake when he fails when he do not gain any thing and when he also does silly mistakes and as you know that mistakes makes a man perfect so, a fools always learn something and a wise man learn till where the syllabus comes and that's his limit but a fool man is a genius he always learn something and one day he would be a successful man in the world.
