Answer:

for this question, u will have to make 3 equations

F - T2 = m3(a) ----------(1)

T2 - T1 = m2(a) ---------(2)

T1 - m1(a) ---------------(3)

Adding these equations, u will get:

F= (m3 + m2 + m1)a

50= 30(a)

a = 5/3------------------(4)

substitute equation 4 in 1 and 3

thus,

50 - T2 = 15*(5/3)

T2 = 25N

theb,

T1 = 5*(5/3) = 25/3 = 8.33N

so, T2 = 25N and T1 = 8.33N

Answer:

T1 = 8.3 N

T2 = 25 N

Explanation:

Given,

Force applied = 50 N

m1 = 5 kg

m2 = 10 kg

m3 = 15 kg

We know that,

F = a(m1+m2+m3)

=> 50 = a(5+10+15)

=> 50 = 30a

=> 30a = 50

=> a = 5/3

Therefore, Acceleration = 5/3 m/s

We know that,

T1 = m1a

=> T1 = 5(5/3)

=> T1 = 25/3

=> T1 = 8.333333333

Therefore, T1 = 8.3333 N

We know that,

T2 = F - m3a

=> T2 = 50 - 15(5/3)

=> T2 = 50 - 5(5)

=> T2 = 50 - 25

=> T2 = 25

Therefore, T2 = 25 N
