the hybridisation of this complex is :dsp2 because ni has oxidation no. =2 so out of 10electrons two are oxidised and eight are left due To presence of cynide group pairing takes place and leave only one 3d, one4s and two 2p orbital. and hybridised into dsp2 and are diamagnetic in nature
