Answer:

y=0,0,-1, 10

Step-by-step explanation:

-2y^2(y^2-9y-10)=0

-2y^2{(y^2-(10y-y)-10}=0

-2y^2{(y^2-10y )+(y-10)}=0

-2y^2{y(y-10)+1(y-10)}=0

-2y^2{ (y+1)(y-10)}=0

-2y^2=0, y+1=0, y-10=0

y=0,0 y= -1, y= 10

Note: Since its maximum degree is 4 so it will have 4 values of y, but as two of the roots are real and equal i.e. 0 so we will consider it as two roots.

Hence roots are 0,0,-1,10
