I have given Names to the points as shown in the figure
In tri.ABD is a equilateral triangle
All Angles are Equal
say a,3a=180°,a=60°
In tri. ADC,AD=DC
so∠DAC=∠DCA=y
So z=60° + y
∠BDA+x=180° (∵ BC is a line)
x=120°

Using angle sum property on tri.ADC
x+2y=180°
2y=180-120=60°
y=30°

Also z=60°+y=60°+30°=90°
So,z=90°
