Hcl solution conducts electricity as they have H + ions in their solution which conduct electricity.
The bulb does not glow in glucose solution as there is no ions which conduct electricity .
In the solution of NaCl the bulb would glow as it contains Na - and Cl + ions which would conduct electricity.
