i) 23.4g of potassium (K)

23.4g ÷ 39 = 0.6 moles

ii) 100g of argon (Ar)

100g ÷ 40 = 2.5 moles

iii) 14.2g of chlorine (Cl)

14.2g ÷ 35.5 = 0.4 moles
