angle BCE= whatever, let's say x

angle D= D

So,

2l+B=2x........... exterior angle property

2(x - l)=B

x+l=B/2

Now,

D + l= x............. exterior angle property

D = x - l

as we know, x - l = B/2 and x - l = D

Therefore, D = B/2

B = D2

That's, angle B is equal to angle D.
