perimetre = 2(l+b)+ 80

b = 1/3l

perimetre = 2(l+1/3l)

= 3l+l/3

= 4l/3

4l/3 = 80

4l = 240

l = 240/4

l=60

hence, length is 60 cm and breadth is 20cm
