 In \: 2000 , population \: of \: the \: town = 3,20,00,000

 Growth \: in \: population \: in \:3 \: years -

=> 3,20,00,000 × (1 + \frac{10*3}{100})

=>  3,20,00,000 × (1 + \frac{30}{100})

=>  3,20,00,000 × \frac{130}{100}

=> 3,20,000 × 130

=>  4,16,00,000

=> it \: will \: become \: 4,16,00,000 \: in \: 2003
