using factor theorem, x^2-3x+2=0 and if value of x satisfies f(x) =0..then it is divisible by it.

Now, x^2-3x+2=0

x^2-2x-x+2=0

x(x-2) -1(x-2) =0

(x-2)(x-1)=0

x=1,2

2x^4-6x^3+3x^2+3x-2

Putting x=1

2-6+3+3-2=0..So,it is divisible.
