4X squared + 9+ 12 X / 2X - 3 2X +3

X square plus 6X +9 divided by X Square -9
Using identity ( A+ B ).^2 = a^2 + b^2+ 2 ab
X +3 whole square / X square -3 square ——1 eq
X +3 whole Square divided by X minus 3 X +3

Now when we expand (X +3 )^2 gets X square +3 square + 2*X *3
X squared +9+6x

In the equation that’s why we write X +3 whole square
