article 21 States about right to life . that no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law . this is known as right to life .
according to article 21 A state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of 6 to 14 years in such manner as the state may ,by law ,determine (including throw 86th amendment act 2002 )
