If you are given the voltage and power you can calculate it from the formula:

I=P/V        I is minimum current required to glow, V is voltage of cell, P is power of bulb

V/R=$I_{0}$  where $I_{0}$ is current flowing through benzene, V is voltage and R is resistivity of benzene.

If $I_{0}$ ≥ I  then bulb will flow.
