Many people experience problems with English language spelling. It is important to spell the words correctly or it be really embarrassing and create bad impression.
• To spell a short vowel sound, only one letter is needed.
• When the combination 'ei' or 'ie' is pronounced as 'ee', we put 'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.
• In English, 'Q' is always followed by 'u'.
• When applying 'Prefixes', do not drop any letter, do not add any letter.
• When a word ends in single vowel + single consonant, the last consonant is doubled if the last syllable is stressed.
• When suffix full is added to any word ending with 'll' (double L), the second 'l' of the main word and of the suffix 'full' are dropped.
• When 'e' is silent, drop 'e' before adding suffix beginning with a vowel.
• When a words ends with 'ee', e is not dropped before adding a suffix.
