Answer:-

Given :

 {5}^{n}  -  {5}^{n - 2}  =  \frac{k}{25}  \times  {5}^{n}\\\\

And,

k = 15 + x.

 →{5}^{n} ( {5}^{0}  -  {5}^{ - 2} ) =  \frac{15 + x( {5}^{n} )}{25}  \\  \\→ 1 -  \frac{1}{25}  =  \frac{x + 15}{25}  \\  \\ → \frac{25 - 1}{25}  = \frac{x + 15}{25}  \\  \\

(25 is being cancelled out both sides).

→24 = x + 15 \\  \\→ 24 - 15 = x \\  \\→ x = 9.

Hence, the value of x is 9.
