Using the formula (a+b)whole square       and (a-b)whole square
16(x+y)^2-25(x-3y)^2
=16(x^2+2xy+y^2)-25(x^2-2*x*3y+3y^2)
=16(x^2+2xy+y^2)-25(x^2-6xy+3y^2)
=16x^2+32xy+16y^2-25x^2-150xy+75y^2
=16x^2-25x^2+32xy-150xy+16y^2+75y^2
=-9x^2-118xy+91y^2
=(-9x-91y)^2      {applying the formula (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2}
(^2 means whole square)

Hope my answer was right!!!
