Good morning
when u ask question or give answer in the corner you can see that pin type structure are there and click on it you can take pic to insert questions
in pic you can see I Mark with blue

It is very easy to attach any picture while asking as well as answering the question. While on the mobile application you will find some tools given below at the left-hand side corner of the question slot. You can click the 'alpine' icon. it will ask for a fresh pic to be clicked or pick up from the gallery.
I hope, you will now be able to upload pic while asking or answering the question.
