8.
the defective pen ==12

good pens ==132

total pens = 132+12 =144

then
the probability of pen good one is = 132/144
= 11/12 answer

9.
TOTAL BULB =20
DEFECTIVE BULB = 4

GOOD BULB = 20-4= 16

THEN
the probabilty of bulb is defective = 4/20
=1/5

now according to question
we select one defective bulb but its not defective
and we cannot count this this bulb again
then
the total bilb = 19
defective = 4
good bulb = 19-4= 15

then
the probability of good bulb = 15/19
